WELL DONE STEVE WALKER! who caught a 18lb 3oz mirror carp, his last fish of over 50 at 5pm on friday, 29th October.

Thanks for your support on the match. Well done to all our winners and everyone who took part. The weather was perfect.
Sorry to Steve Wildson, his final weight was actually 49lbs, 8oz and not 40lbs, like I said on the day.
Well done to Bernie with a fantastic 72lbs, 12oz on only his 2nd visit here.
Next match, in 3 to 4 weeks. Hopefully by then we'll have the full bar open with food available.
The water temperature is perfect, the lake is fishing really well at the moment. Come and have a fish and see if you can up your personal best.

I hope you can make it to the match, the lake is fishing really well at the moment as the water temperature has dropped to around 24C.
I had Roy in on Saturday and he landed over 130lbs of fish, none under 3lbs. And all in less than 3 hours. WELL DONE ROY!
